Join Yoga|Merge instructor Kim Bilyk for a slow paced class focused on helping you to maintain a healthy back! This class will provide some simple postures to aid with back pain and also strengthen your back muscles. There are also exercises included to help build vital core strength. The second class is a short and simple beginner flow focused on Sun Salutations! Classes are beginner oriented.
